XLPE is another material which is used as insulation material.
XLPE can be used across low voltage cables up to high voltage cables as it possesses enhanced properties as compared to other insulating materials like PVC.
It offers high tensile strength, impact resistance, insulation and won’t melt at elevated temperatures.
XLPE insulation provides a high water tree resistance due to which this particular insulation is suitable for LT and HT cables.

The base material in combination with the catalyst Masterbatch will accelerate the moisture included crosslinking reaction. The system is highly active and crosslinks quickly in sauna or hot water. the product range covers the power and overhead applications.
