Soft PVC cable insulation compounds
PVC 70FR is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride resin as the
main raw material, adding special plasticizers, environmental
stabilizers, special flame retardants and processing additives, and
is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating through special
processes granular material.
This product is produced with raw materials that meet the
requirements of the EU ROHS directive, and effectively controls
harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, polybrominated
biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
The product is designed in accordance with the requirements of the
70 standard in GB8815-2008. In 2008, it meets the requirements of
temperature-resistant 70 PVC sheathing material, and has good
performance and excellent high-speed extrusion processing
performance, and can obtain smooth and delicate wire surface under
high-speed extrusion conditions.
It is suitable for the sheath material of 70°C grade wire and cable
with environmental protection requirements.

3.Process: extrusion
4.Appearance: cylindrical particles, plastication should be good, the color and
luster is even, without obvious impurity.
5.color: Black and white, gre for Shealthing PVC compound
Red, Yellow, Blue, White and black for Insulation PVC compound
6.Packing: Jumbo bag, 18-20 Tons per 20GP, 26 -27 Tons per 40GP
7. Transportation and storage:
After unpacking should be run out as soon as possible, or
temporarily stored in sealed containers,
to avoid the absorption of moisture in the air
Store in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight
Keep away from heat, ignition sources, combustibles and
incompatible materials
The storage area must be cleaned and properly structured to avoid
dust accumulation
8.Factory Introduction:
Our factory is located in Shangyou industrial zone, Shangyou
country,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province, and setting up sales office
and warehouse in Dongguan city. The new and standard factory is
built on 40,000 sq. mtr with a total annual capacity of
approximately 10,000 tons of various products,covers 2 flame
retardant production-line, 7 cable filler yarn production-line,32
twisted machine, with full modernization of testing equipment. All
of the products can be exported freely.
The company has passed the ISO 9001:2008 quality system
certification. Each of these products can reach to environmental
requirement by SGS company: such as ROHS, REACH-SVHC, Halogen Free.
More than 30% of products are exported to Europe, America, Japan,
Southeast Asia and Africa, having cooperation with many well-known
